Ragging of any student inside or outside the campus is strictly prohibited. |

Disciplinary action leading even to expulsion from the institute will be taken against any student found misbehaving with any other student or staff members. |

It will be the responsibility of each student to keep his/her parents or guardians informed about his/her progress in the class.non payment of fee can lead to removal of his/her name from the college tolls or any other disciplinary action can be taken against him/her. |

The college will not be enter into any correspondence with any person other than the father/guardian, who has signed the students application form at the time of admission. |

It will be the responsibility of the student to keep the college informed about any change in the address of his/her father/guardian. |

While undergoing practical training, the students shall abide by the rules of the organization in which they are taking training and shall be subject to the orer and disciplinary rules of such organization. |

If as a result of demonstration/strikes any property/equipment in the campus is damaged and loss is caused to the college, the same would be recovered either directly from those identified person(s) or else collectively from such group /association as are held responsible for the demonstration/strikes. |

The students are not allowed to walk in hand in hand or keep their heads on the shoulder or hands around the waist of fellow students in the campus. |

The students are prohibited from wearing loose or shabby clothes. |
| |
The students are advised to bear a good moral character. |

Attendance in theory & practical work is compulsory. Only the students having at least 75% attendance are eligible for sitting in the PTU examinations. |

A student will have to obtain 40% marks in written theory, internal sessional & external practical separately to pass the subject. However, for award of degree overall minimum of 50% marks are a must. |

The students detained from university examination in any subject / all subjects because of shortage of attendance will retake the course of study when subject(s)are offered as regular course in the subsequent semesters. |

Special faculty member will be assigned the job of counseling & guidance to help students in solving their problems. Students must read university regulations carefully which are available in library. |

In case of any personal injury suffered / loss /damage of life or belongings of the students in the campus due to reason beyond the control of the institute viz accidents / illness / fire / earthquake / heavy rains / natural calamities , the institute will not be liable for paying any compensation. |

Visitors / guests are not permitted to enter the campus without proper gate pass/approval. |
| |
Any incidence of infectious disease, cases of smallpox, jaundice etc. must immediately be reported to the authorities to prevent the spread of epidemic. |

Where the rules are silent in this prospectus, the decision of the institute in such matters shall be applicable. |

All the notices & circulars relating to course shall be displayed on the notice board of the institute. The institute shall not contact any student individually for such information. |

Ignorance of the rules & regulations of the institute will not be entertained as excuse at any cost. |

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts and forum in Rajpura only. |
