Swift Group of Colleges under auspices of Dr Gopal Munjal, group President and guidance of Dr Maninder, Assistant Director celebrated Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav by organising a cultural program in collaboration with Deptt of Cultural Affairs, Punjab and local BJP unit.
Chief Guest on the occasion was Mr Vikas Sharma, BJP District President, Ganaur. Other attendees included staff members and students of Swift Group.
Adieu 2022 a farewell party joyfully organized by swift Technical Campus of SGOC on 2nd June 2022 .
The group President honurable Dr. Gopal Munjal, Assistant Director Dr. Maninder , Head of the department Ms. Shikha Shah beautified the event with their blessings.
Students enthusiastically participated in the event with their awesome performances. They actively participated in modeling ,dancing , mimicry & singing which added joyous & Color in the event .Kulwinder kaur a student of BCA final year was titled as Miss farewell and Amanjot Singh a student of B.C.A III was titled as Mr. Farewell
Swift Group of Colleges organised Blood donation camp in association with Nabha Power Ltd, Rajpura and Neelam Hospital, Rajpura. Team of medical staff & doctors from Neelam hospital and officers of Nabha Power were in presence during the event.
Nursing staff of Swift Institute of Nursing assisted the medical team in registration and checking vital parameters of donors. Around 90 donors willing to partake for the noble cause including staff and students were present on the occasion.
Dr Gopal Munjal, Swift Group President congratulated all for making the event a success. Dr Maninder, Assistant Director, Swift Colleges also showered praises on donors for their courage in coming forward for the noble cause. She also ensured that strict eligibility check was in-place for vital parameters like HB, Pulse, BP, etc. All donors were given nutritious refreshment for their speedy recovery and were given commendation certificates. Both teams from Nabha Power and Neelam hospital later thanked College management for wonderful arrangements.
Swift Institute of Nursing marked International Nurses Day with all pump and show. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Gp Capt Nikhil Naidu, SC (Retd.) who is currently serving as Sr Executive Pilot with Govt of Haryana.
Other dignitaries included Dr Gopal Munjal, Swift Group President and Dr Maninder, Assistant Director, Swift Group. Capt Nikhil imbibed a sense of inspiration in the students through his talk. Dr Munjal congratulated all staff and students for taking efforts in making the event a success. There was a special invite group from Theatrical Dept, Punjabi University that exhibited Street play on drug abuse in Colleges. Students of Swift showcased their talent through thematic dances and skits. Dr Maninder showered praises on staff and students for painstaking efforts in making rangoli, live working models and organising event in a meaningful manner.
